A large maisonette villa of 250 sq.m. with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room, a dining room with an energy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. The one bedroom on the ground floor belongs to a completely independent studio of 45 sq.m., with its own living room, equipped kitchenette, bathroom and independent main entrance to operate fully autonomously – if desired – or integrated with the residence.
- All residences have access to an 80 sq.m. infinity pool. with a waterfall and a pool area of 220 sq.m. as part of a greater plot area of 5300 sq.m. with special terrain relief and boundaries of an old fence of stones.
- Cleaning service is provided daily and – upon request – twice a day.
- Pool towels, umbrellas, sunbeds, tables in the pool area.
